ផ្នែករដ្ឋបាលជលផលស្ទឹងស្លូត បានដឹកនាំសង្កាត់រដ្ឋបាលជលផលក្រោមឱវាទ និងគណៈកម្មការសហគមន៍នេសាទពោធិ៍ថ្មី ឃុំកោះសំពៅ ស្រុកពាមជរ ចុះទប់ស្កាត់ និងបង្ក្រាបបទល្មើសជលផល នៅកន្លែងនេសាទសហគមន៍ពោធិ៍ថ្មី អនុវត្ដបានចំនួន០១ ករណី ពីបទនេសាទដោយប្រើឧបករណ៍ស្បៃមុង។

ឧបករណ៍ស្បៃមុងត្រូវបានបំផ្លាញចោល នៅនឹងកន្លែងនេសាទ មាន៖

- លូ ស្បៃមុងចំនួន៣៦ មាត់។

- របាំងស្បៃមុងប្រវែង២ ៥០០ ម៉ែត្រ។

- បង្គោលចម្រឹងចំនួន ១ ២០០ ដើម។

- ចាក់លែងកូនត្រចម្រុះទម្ងន់ ៥០ គ.ក្រ។
