I-General situation

Considering that this sector has contributed to support the national economy, the Director of the Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Prey Veng paid attention and facilitated the office to implement practical activities on Monday, August 8, 2022, the office has implemented the following activities:

Animal husbandry in Prey Veng province includes: There are 365,525 cows, 17,648 buffaloes, 105 horses, 31,061 pigs, 86 sheep, 2577 goats, 2,938,933 chickens and 1,076,326 ducks.

1-Veterinary work

1.1-Public health work

Exports of 55,000 bird eggs.

2-Laboratory work

Experts sampled 13 pigs and 3 cows at Svay Antor slaughterhouse.

3-Dissemination of workshops and other meetings
