នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ៤កើត ខែស្រាពណ៍ ឆ្នាំខាល ចត្វាស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៦ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ លោក អ៊ុក សំណាង ប្រធានមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទខេត្តព្រៃវែង លោកបណ្ឌិត ញ៉ែម សារ៉េត ប្រធានអង្គការហេហ្វឺអន្តរជាតិកម្ពុជា លោក ឡា សំអឿន អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលស្រុកបាភ្នំ ជាគណៈអធិបតី ក្នុងពិធីប្រគល់ ទទួលយានយន្តដឹកជញ្ជូន(ISUZU ១,៥តោនថ្មី) ចំនួន០១ គ្រឿង ដែលជាមូលនិធិគាំទ្រសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម របស់អង្គការ ហ្វេហ្វឺអន្តរជាតិកម្ពុជា ជូនដល់សហគមន៍កសិកម្មមានជ័យ ស្ថិតនៅឃុំធាយ ស្រុកបាភ្នំ ខេត្តព្រៃវែង។ មុខរបរសំខាន់ៗរបស់សហគម្មន៍កសិកម្មមាន៖

ក្នុងអង្គពិធីនោះ លោកបណ្ឌិត ញ៉ែម សារ៉េត នាយកអង្គការហេហ្វឺអន្តរជាតិកម្ពុជា ប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជា បានបង្ហាញលទ្ធផលគម្រោង សហគ្រាសកែច្នៃមាន់ស្រែខ្មែរសម្រាប់មោទកភាព ជាតិកម្ពុជា របស់អង្គការហេហ្វឺអន្តរជាតិកម្ពុជា ដែលបានជួយគាំទ្រសហគមន៍កសិកម្មមានជ័យ កន្លងមកមាន÷

១-បណ្តុះបណ្តាលពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម។

២-បណ្តុះបណ្តាលបច្ចេកទេសចិញ្ចឹមមាន់ស្រែ និងបន្លែសុវត្តិភាព។

៣-មូលនិធិវិនិយោគអាជីវកម្ម ចំនួន ៥,៥០០ដុល្លារ(ឆ្នាំ២០២០)។

៤-មូលនិធិចូលរួមទិញម៉ូតូកង់បីចំនួន ២,៣៦៣ដុល្លា(ឆ្នាំ២០២១)។

៥-មូលនិធិគាំទ្រក្នុងអំឡុងកូវីដ 19 ចំនួន១០,១៨៤ដុល្លា (ឆ្នាំ២០២១)។

៦-មូលនិធិគាំទ្រសម្រាប់ការអនុវត្តគម្រោងខ្នាតតូចចំនួន ១៣,០២៦ដុល្លា។

៧-មូលនិធិចូលរួមទិញរថយន្តដឹកទំនិញអោយ សហគមន៍ចំនួន២១,៨២០ដុល្លា(ឆ្នាំ២០២២)។

៨-មូលនិធិចូលរួមសាងសង់ផ្សារសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម (សាងសង់មិនទាន់ហើយ)។

លោកអ៊ុក សំណាង ប្រធានមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និង នេសាទខេត្តព្រៃវែងបានមានមតិ សំណេះ សំណាល និងផ្តាំផ្ញើដល់សហគមន៍កសិកម្ម អោយចេះថែរក្សា និងត្រូវមានផែនការអាជីវកម្ម និងការប្រើប្រាស់យានយន្ត ឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ។ ការរូបរួមគ្នាជាកម្លាំងមួយក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍន សហគមន៍កសិកម្មឱ្យមានការរីកចំរើន។

អង្គពិធីមានការចូលរួមពីលោកលោកស្រីជំនាញមកពីមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទខេត្ត លោកលោកស្រី ប្រធានការិយាល័យធនធានធម្មជាតិ និងបរិស្ថានស្រុកបាភ្នំ លោកលោកស្រីមេឃុំ និងជំទប់ ឃុំធាយ និងឃុំទឹកថ្លា ព្រមទាំងបងប្អូននៅក្នុងសហគមន៍កសិកម្មមានជ័យ ឃុំធាយ ស្រុកបាភ្នំ ខេត្តព្រៃវែង និងសមាជិកសហគមន៍កសិកម្មមានជ័យសរុបចំនួន ៤៥នាក់ ក្នុងនោះស្រី ចំនួន ២១នាក់។

On the morning of Monday, August 1, 2022, Mr. Ouk Samnang, Director of Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Prey Veng, Dr. Nhem Sareth Director of Heifer International Cambodia, Deputy Governor of Ba Phnom District presides the ceremony of 1 new vehicle (ISUZU 1.5 ton) which is a fund to support the agricultural cooperative of FEIFE International Cambodia to Meanchey agriculture cooperative in Theay commune, Ba Phnom district, Prey Veng province. The main occupations of the agricultural cooperative are: 1. Supply of agricultural credit 2. Supply of agricultural fertilizer 3. Make dishwashing soap 4. Sell rice seeds 5. Sell animal feed 6. Prahok for sale 7. Produce pure water. During the ceremony, Dr. Nhem Sareth Director of Heifer International Cambodia in Cambodia presented the results of Heifer International Cambodia 's Cambodian Chicken Processing Enterprise for the Cambodian National Pride of Heifer International Cambodia which has supported the successful agriculture cooperative in the past. 1-Training to strengthen the capacity of agricultural cooperative leaders. 2-Training on raising techniques for raising safe chickens and vegetables. 3- Business investment fund of $ 5,500 (2020). 4-Fund to buy a tricycle for $ 2,363 (2021). 5. Support fund during Covid-19 $ 10,184 (2021). 6. Support fund for the implementation of small projects for $ 13,026. 7. Fund for the purchase of trucks for the agriculture cooperative for $ 21,820 (2022). 8. Fund for the construction of agricultural cooperative market (not yet built). Cooperation is a force for the development of a thriving agricultural cooperative. The event was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Experts from the Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Prey Veng Mr. and Mrs. Director of Natural Resources and Environment Office of Ba Phnom District, Mr. and Mrs. Commune Chief and Deputy Chief of Theay Commune and Teuk Thla Commune Ba Phnom, Prey Veng province, and a total of 45 members of the Meanchey agriculture cooperative including 21 women.
